We are Trailhead, and we create interactive experiences which redefine the borders between the real world, the digital world and the fictional world.
We captivate people and take them on adventures, guiding them through new and rich world where they stop being a passive audience and start becoming active travellers, engaged in an alternate reality which revolves around them.
By carefully designing these adventures from beginning to end our travellers finish the journey with lessons and insights learned and new experiences to share.
The Trailhead Team is diverse, a quality we maximize. With each member having a different background and different skills we can draw from a large pool of creative thinking and production prowess.
We operate like a network rather than a hierarchy, which means each member is equal but takes on a different role based on expertise. Should the need arise however we’re flexible and quick to adapt to a new situation.
Eric may at first appear more reserved than the rest of the team, but he’s actually listening closely, observing intently and gathering knowledge.
After carefully comparing all information he draws conclusions which more often than not greatly aid the team’s efforts.
Isaak Kraft van Ermel
Isaak is a game designer ever on the look-out for new, creative and playful forms of interaction. There’s always a different way to look at the world and how people interact with it and Isaak is determined to explore them all.
Sinne de Rooij
Sinne experiments, a lot, and as such has experience ranging from composing music to editing film to rebuilding temples in Peru.
Besides documenting the team’s workdays using time-lapse photography he brings quirky though insightful thoughts to the creative process.
Ralph is the team’s technical backbone, capable of programming complex games, creating 3D models and repairing our website after he has broken it.
His range of skills does not end there as he’s constantly broadening his horizon and augmenting his expertise.
Kuno is a producer, director and owner of a seemingly infinite list of useful contacts. He enjoys making things happen and keeping a watchful eye on the project. Often this means spending most of the afternoon on the telephone.
